Small RNAs as pre-diagnostic markers of testicular cancer
Through collaboration with the Danish blood donor study we have access to samples from their biobank, which host samples from 135.000 apparently healthy blood donors. This gives us an unique opportunity to, in samples from blood donors who developed germ cell tumors, investigate how long prior to a clinical diagnosis of a germ cell tumor, we can detect diagnostic small RNAs in circulation. For more details on the study see here.
